Terms of use
These terms cover your use of ReviewReply, its paid plans and its browser extension. By using the site or the extension, you agree to them.
Who we are
ReviewReply (www.reviewreply.store) is run by Peak Apps Studio. You can reach us at info@peakappsstudio.com. ReviewReply is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Google.
What the site does
You paste a customer review and choose a tone, and ReviewReply writes a draft reply with an AI model, in the language of the review. The site also has reply guides and templates.
Check every reply before you post it
A generated reply is a draft. Read it before you post it, add the names, fixes and contact details that are true for your business, and remove anything that is not. You are responsible for what you post. Make sure your replies follow Google's review policies and privacy law: for example, a healthcare business must not confirm that a reviewer is a patient. Our guides are general information, not legal advice.
Plans
- Free: reviews up to 300 characters, with all four tones.
- Starter: $9 (US dollars), paid once. Reviews of any length and email support.
- Pro: $19 (US dollars), paid once. Everything in Starter, the Chrome extension and priority email support.
- Neither paid plan is a subscription. After you buy, Gumroad emails you a license key. Enter it on the activation page to turn your plan on in that browser, or in the extension's settings. Please keep the key to yourself and your business.
- Payments are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale and collects any sales tax or VAT. Gumroad's own terms also apply to your purchase.
Refunds
If your paid plan does not work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you. Refunds are paid back through Gumroad, and a refunded license key stops working.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- use ReviewReply to write fake reviews, or replies that mislead customers;
- post replies that reveal a customer's private information;
- send the site large numbers of automated requests, or try to get around the free limit or the license check;
- attack, overload or probe the site, or use it for anything that breaks the law.
We may block access for anyone who does. How we handle the reviews you paste is explained in our privacy policy.
No warranty
We work to keep the site and the extension running, but they are provided as they are and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that they will be free of errors, always available or suitable for your particular purpose. Google can change its pages at any time, which can stop the extension working until we update it.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost business or harm to your reputation, that come from using the site or the replies it writes. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your plan. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away your rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the site, the extension or the plans change. The date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using ReviewReply after a change, the updated terms apply.
