ReviewReply has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising. This page lists the data the site and its browser extension handle, where it goes and why.
Who runs this site
ReviewReply (www.reviewreply.store) is run by Peak Apps Studio. For any question about your data, email info@peakappsstudio.com.
When you write a reply
When you press the button to write a reply, the review you pasted and the tone you chose are sent to our server. The server passes the review to Groq, which runs the Llama 3.3 70B model, and shows you the reply Groq returns. We do not save the reviews you paste or the replies. If a request fails, the server writes a short error message to our hosting logs.
Reviews often contain a customer's name and details of their visit. Paste only the review text you need a reply for.
The browser extension
The ReviewReply extension for Chrome, part of the Pro plan, works on business.google.com. It adds a reply button to each review there. When you click the button, it sends the text of that review as it appears on the page (up to 500 characters, which can include the reviewer's name), your chosen tone and your license key to our server, which handles it in the same way as a reply written on the site. The extension saves your license key and tone in the browser's extension storage. It sends nothing until you click the button.
License keys and the cookie
When you activate a paid plan, our server sends your license key to Gumroad's license service (api.gumroad.com) to confirm that it belongs to a purchase that has not been refunded or ended. The key is then saved in a cookie called rr_license so the plan stays on in that browser. The cookie lasts one year and is sent only to this site. The server checks the key with Gumroad again on later visits and keeps the answer in its memory for up to six hours. The site sets no other cookies.
Buying a plan
Paid plans are sold through Gumroad. The buy buttons open Gumroad's checkout, where you give your payment details to Gumroad, not to us. When Gumroad tells our server about a sale, the server writes the sale ID and product ID to our hosting logs and stores nothing else. As the seller, we receive your email address and the details of your order from Gumroad, and we use them to provide email support, answer questions about your purchase and issue refunds.
Hosting and fonts
The site runs on Render, in the United States, and Render routes traffic through Cloudflare's network. Both process each request, including your IP address, the page you asked for and your browser type, and Render keeps our server logs for a limited time. The fonts are served from this site, so no font service sees your visit.
Emails
If you email us or reply to a Gumroad receipt, we receive your email address and your message. Mail sent to peakappsstudio.com addresses is forwarded by Forward Email to a Gmail inbox. We use your email only to reply to you.

Groq says that by default it does not keep the data sent for a request. It may log requests for up to 30 days when it troubleshoots errors or investigates suspected abuse. Most of these companies are based in the United States, so your data may be processed there. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long data is kept
- Reviews and replies: not kept by us. Groq may keep a request for up to 30 days, as described above.
- The license cookie: one year, or until you clear this site's cookies. License check results: up to six hours in the server's memory.
- The license key and tone in the extension: until you change them or remove the extension.
- Hosting logs: kept by Render for a limited time. Purchase records: kept by Gumroad under its own policy.
- Emails to us: until we delete them. Ask us and we will delete yours, unless we need it as a record of a payment or refund.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@peakappsstudio.com and we will reply within one month. If you live in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
ReviewReply is a tool for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
If the site or the extension starts handling data differently, we will update this page and the date at the top.
